"Urbane cafe food and service was excellent!!! Uber eats delivery person was a major fail! Uber eats driver only picked up 1 of 2 bags. I tipped the Uber eats person very well on a $110 order for way less than satisfactory service. Urbane cafe staff called me twice to make it right and then they delivered the missed bag themselves! Uber eats would not send a second driver and was not responsive to the issue. Major kudos to Urbane eats on Gennesse- they are amazing!!! Uber eats not so much☹️"
