"extremely satisfied with not only the taste and freshness of the food, but the fact that my order was checked and it arrived to me 100% accurate. the receipt even has hand written check marks next to each item and someone's initials. the last six orders i've placed (YES SIX) have been wrong/messed up in one way or another and it's really frustrating so i appreciate that someone cares about my order and took that extra step which i'm sure took less than 5 minutes. i could go on and on, but gist is i'm very grateful. i can't make out the initials, maybe NB? receipt attached"
