Equipment and Supplies Required: Food grade plastic fermentor of no less than 8 US gallons (30 litres) capacity. 6 US gallon (23 litre) plastic or glass secondary fermentor (carboy) with bung and airlock. Syphon rod with sufficient tubing. Hydrometer with test jar. Thermometer. Mixing spoon. A high-quality winemaking cleaner/sanitizer for cleaning. 30 wine bottles (750 ml size or 25.4 fl oz US) with good quality corks or stoppers. This kit requires no additives other than water. Detailed instructions enclosed. This product produces an alcoholic beverage and is not to be sold to minors. Please enjoy responsibly.
