Directions for use: Cook thoroughly - see cooking instructions. For safety, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave (For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before consumption. Ensure that temperature is taken in several spots by a food thermometer. Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment. Adjust time and heat setting as necessary): 1. Gently massage the package to break the riced cauliflower apart before placing bag in the microwave. 2. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard during cooking. 4. Let stand for 1-2 minutes after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners and remove from microwave. Cut bag open where indicate. Pour, stir thoroughly, and enjoy! Stovetop (For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before consumption. Ensure that temperature is taken in several spots by a food thermometer.
