Bring 3/4 cup water and squash to a boil in 3-quart saucepan, reduce heat and cover. 2. Simmer 12 - 15 minutes or until tender. 3. Carefully drain squash, mash and add your favorite seasoning. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place squash in 2-quart microwave-safe dish with cover. 2. Cook on High 9 - 10 minutes or until tender. Let rest 2 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from oven; drain, mash and add your favorite seasoning.
