El Dorado White Rum offers a rich and complex character, akin to a fine cognac. It is crafted from a blend of specially selected aged rums, with some constituents aged up to 25 years. Distillation occurs through a combination of traditional stills, including the Enmore and Port Mourant double wooden pot still, as well as the Versailles single wooden pot still. The rum is then matured in old bourbon oak casks to achieve its exceptional smoothness. It presents a full nose with aromas of dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper, and rich vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious array of flavors featuring grilled tropical fruit and smooth oaky spice, delivering a silky and vibrant experience with a moderately full body. It is suitable for savoring neat, straight, or on the rocks. Alcohol by volume: 40%
