Directions: Rest sharpener on a sturdy flat surface. Insert knife into coarse diamond slot at a 90 degrees angle to the sharpener as shown here. Gently with light pressure pull the knife blade straight back. Heavy pressure may cause one to lose control of knife and cause injury. Repeat this action in fine slot. Maintenance: The AccuSharp Diamond Pro should be cleaned with warm water and soap. Rods should be cleaned using a small brush when they become marked with metal shavings.
