Off Color Cygnet Wild Ale is a foedre-aged wild ale crafted in collaboration with another brewery. It features a blend of mixed cultures that highlight a nectarine and stone fruit ester profile along with a lime-forward, mineral character. The ale includes notes of white grapes, papaya, and guava, complemented by a spritzy acidity and an elegant oak structure from a 13-month rest in a foedre. Additionally, it has a subtle perfume from sake rice that has been inoculated with a unique strain of yeast. The product comes in a set of four 250ml bottles. Alcohol by volume: 5%
