Cotton & Reed White Rum is crafted using a blend of raw cane syrup and blackstrap molasses, fermented with rhum agricole and chenin blanc yeast strains to enhance its tropical fruit character. It undergoes two distillations in a hybrid pot and column still for purity and achieves a light body ideal for crafting light, fruity, and summery cocktails. After distillation, the rum is diluted with filtered water and passed through a charcoal filter before being hand-bottled at the distillery located in Northeast DC. Its aroma is noted for hints of mango, banana, and vanilla. Alcohol by volume: 40%
