Fermentation occurs using naturally occurring wild yeast, followed by copper pot distillation to ensure a high-quality product. Grown, harvested, and distilled on a multi-generational family farm in the countryside of Minas Gerais, near Rio de Janeiro, it boasts a composition free of sugar and additives. The spirit is aged for 12-18 months in whiskey barrels sourced from Tennessee, providing a unique profile that appeals to whiskey and bourbon aficionados. Its smoothness lends itself well to sipping neat, over ice, or as the base in craft cocktails. The product offers a sensory experience that stands on par with some of the finest spirits available.
