Bati Fijian White Rum is distilled from hand-cut sugar cane grown in the rich volcanic soil of the Fijian islands, an area known for its pure water. The rum is then filtered through coconut shell carbon, embodying the taste of Fiji. Aged for two years in white oak vats, it presents a fresh citrus aroma paired with a soft vanilla oak taste. Recognized internationally, it was awarded a Gold medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Alcohol by volume: 40%
