Food-grade Silicon.
Do not exceed 425 degrees F. Preheat oven before use. Cut paper to fit pan. Do not use in broiler, toaster ovens or in halogen light ovens. Do not touch parchment to open flame. Reuse each sheet up to 3 times per baking session. HOW TO OPEN: 1. Lift up corner flap; carefully slide finger underneath and along length of box slowly to open. 2. Remove inside tape for first time use only. Discard tape. HOW TO USE: 1. Pull paper to desired length. Close lid into carton; hold lid down with thumb. Grip carton, holding roll in place. Tear paper downward across cutting edge. 2. Close carton by tucking lid corners into the two slots cut on either side. Caution: Cutting edge is sharp. Avoid contact. Chef Tip: Cut and line baking sheets and pans with either side of parchment paper for even baking, quick release and easy cleanup.
