Directions: Chef Says: Add These Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes; 1 pound smoked link sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices; 4 cups water; 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 (8-ounce) bag frozen cut okra; 6 cups prepared rice. Add oil to a 4-quart pot or Dutch oven. Add chicken and sausage; cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until juices run clear. Add Modern Pantry Cajun Gumbo Mix and water. Bring to a slow boil; reduce heat and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add diced tomatoes and okra; continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
