Chapman's Apple Brandy is crafted through a partnership with a fourth-generation apple grower, utilizing biodynamic apple juice that is fermented, distilled on the lees in a pot still, and dual-aged in French and American oak barrels for up to six months. This process imbues the brandy with robust apple notes and a convergence of French and American apple brandy traditions. The brandy reveals a fruit-forward aroma with hints of sweet citrus, baked golden delicious apples, and pear. On the palate, it offers a medium body with flavors of pear, honeydew, and white chocolate, finishing with caramelized ginger, overripe pear, and vanilla for a lingering complexity. Suitable for sipping on its own, Chapman's Apple Brandy can also enhance a glass of champagne or serve as a component in cocktails. Alcohol by volume: 46%
