Directions for use: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange half package (16 oz.) of frozen clam strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven. Bake 20-21 minutes. Allow product to rest 1-2 minutes before serving. Commercial Fryer: Preheat fryer oil to 350 degrees F. Place half package (16 oz.) frozen clam strips in fry basket. Fry 100-110 seconds. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Home Fryer: Preheat fryer oil to 350 degrees F. Place 2 servings (6 oz.) frozen clam strips in fry basket. (Be careful not to overfill fry basket.). Fry 90-100 seconds. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking times may vary and require adjustment. Caution: Product will be hot! Microwaving not recommended. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, quality, and thorough cooking, please follow the instructions below. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
